Betting Glossary
RTP (Return to Player)
The percentage of wagered money a game returns to players over time. For example, a 96% RTP slot returns Rp 96 for every Rp 100 wagered on average. Higher RTP generally means better long-term value.
House Edge
The mathematical advantage the casino has over players in any given game. Lower house edge means better odds for players. Blackjack and Baccarat typically have lower house edges than slots.
Wager / Stake
The amount of money you bet on a single game or event. Your potential winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the odds. Always bet within your budget limits.
Odds
The likelihood of an outcome occurring, expressed as a numerical value. Higher odds mean lower probability but higher potential payout. Common formats include decimal, fractional, and American odds.
Spread / Handicap
A betting market that levels the playing field between favorites and underdogs. Also known as Asian Handicap in football betting, popular for BRI Liga 1 and EPL matches.
Parlay / Accumulator
A bet combining multiple selections into one wager. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but odds multiply for much higher potential returns. Known as mix parlay in Indonesian betting circles.
Live Bet / In-Play
Betting on events while they are happening in real-time. Odds change dynamically based on game progress, offering strategic opportunities for experienced bettors.
Cashout
The option to settle your bet before the event concludes, securing guaranteed profit or limiting losses. Available on selected markets with live betting.
Bankroll
The total amount of money you have set aside specifically for gambling. Proper bankroll management is essential for responsible gaming and long-term success.
Volatility
Describes how risky a slot game is. High volatility slots pay out less frequently but with larger amounts. Low volatility slots pay out more often with smaller wins.
Free Spin
Bonus rounds in slot games where you spin without using your balance. Often triggered by scatter symbols and can include multipliers for bigger wins.
Wagering Requirement
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings. For example, a 20x requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 2,000,000 total.
Account Verification Process
Why Verification is Required
At sr969, we take security and compliance seriously. Account verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) is a standard procedure required by international gaming regulations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. This process protects both you and the platform, ensuring a safe gaming environment for all Indonesian players.
Documents Needed
To complete verification, you'll need to provide:
- National ID Card (KTP) - Clear photo or scan showing all details, not expired
- Proof of Address - Utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within last 3 months
- Selfie Verification - A clear selfie holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation
- Bank Account Proof - Screenshot or statement showing your name matching the registered account
Processing Time
Our verification team typically reviews and approves documents within 1-24 hours (WIB). You'll receive email notification once your account is verified. During peak periods or holidays like Idul Fitri, Lebaran, or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), processing may take slightly longer.
After Verification
Once verified, you'll enjoy full account privileges including higher deposit and withdrawal limits, access to VIP promotions, faster withdrawal processing, and enhanced customer support. Unverified accounts may have temporary withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete. This is a one-time process - once verified, you're good to go for the lifetime of your account.
